Banner Accounts' Financial Manager's Responsibilities
Financial Manager Defined: The department employee who is appointed to operate and maintain a particular index, also known as the account custodian. The financial manager is responsible for all activities in that index.

Closing Schedules
MonthlyThe books are typically closed at 5:00pm on the second working day of the month. Departmental transactions therefore need to be completed by noon of that day.
Month-end reports are generally available on the morning of the third working day of the month.
